Caroline is a young hospice worker who gets a job at a remote mansion in Louisiana.

She’s taking care of Ben Devereaux who had a stroke which resulted in him being totally paralyzed and unable to speak.

While investigating the premises, Caroline discovers a secret room in the attic, filled with blood, bones, spells and other instruments for practicing hoodoo.

Pretty soon Caroline becomes suspicious of Ben’s wife, Violet. Is it possible that she’s the one responsible for Ben’s stroke?

Caught in the middle of morbid events, Caroline is determined to unlock the secrets of the house and save Ben from his creepy wife.
